The PXG 0311 GEN6 P Irons have been redesigned to redefine the playing field with their ultra-thin HT1770 maraging steel face, delivering explosive distance. Targeted at low to mid-handicap players, these irons offer a midsize head with moderate offset, ensuring a high degree of playability without compromising the ability to shape shots. The breakthrough in iron engineering includes Power Channel Technology, which elevates ball speeds, and a 5X forged 8620 soft carbon steel body for a premium feel and lasting durability.

Golfers can customize their play with a diverse range of shaft options. Ladies Flex, designed for swing speeds under 60 mph, enhances flexibility, while Senior Flex, targeting 60-70 mph, offers a balance of flex and stability. Regular Flex, ideal for 70-80 mph, provides control, and Stiff Flex, for 80-90 mph, ensures precision. For swing speeds exceeding 90 mph, the X-Stiff Flex offers ultimate control.

Made from high-strength HT1770 maraging steel, the variable ultra-thin face measures a mere 0.050" (~1.27mm) thick, 15% thinner than previous iterations. Combined with PXG's proprietary XCOR2 Technology, the GEN6 Irons deliver the company's highest C.O.R. performance ever, helping increase distance and forgiveness while also enhancing sound and feel.

XCOR2 is PXG's revolutionary polymer core material, the result of years of research and development. Extremely lightweight, XCOR2 helps reduce the mass of the core, enabling more weight to be positioned low and to the perimeter of the backside of the clubhead, dramatically increasing the Moment of Inertia (MOI). Combined with PXG's variable ultra-thin face technology, XCOR2 enhances the C.O.R. for extreme face deflection and out-of-sight ball speed.

Power Channel Technology is the proprietary U-shaped corridor built into the internal surface of the face to increase deflection and bend in the top sector. The channel creates face movement and transfers energy to simultaneously increase launch angle, trajectory, and ball speed.

Each iron is forged five-times from 8620 soft carbon steel, creating a tight grain structure that increases its strength, prolonging the life of the grooves and enhancing the overall feel and appearance. The milling of the back surface of each iron is a high-precision process that reduces the wall thickness more than forging alone could achieve, resulting in a high-performance body design and an enhanced aesthetic.
